How to reduce weight permanently without diet, exercise and fat cutter drinks


Hi friends,

Obesity is becoming more viral these days.  It’s very important to stay fit to stay healthy.  There are a lot of weight loss programs. But reducing weight is not an achievement. Maintaining that reduced body weight without getting back has become more challenging.

I am registering here my personal experience, how I reduced weight permanently without gaining back through some usual and well known methods. This is a slow process with 100% result.

And I am giving you an open statement that am not here to cheat you all by saying, can reduce 1 kg in 1 day or 10 kg in  1 weak and it is not possible too.

If you want to lose five or ten kg of your weight by next weekend or in a month, listen up: Losing weight fast is almost always unhealthy and temporary. For most people, it’s very, very difficult to lose more than one to two kgs of body fat in a week. Of course it’s 100% true. Even if you do meet your goal, it's nearly impossible to keep off the weight over the long term. U will get back the weight u lost, once you stop your diet.

From doctor’s point of view, it is advisable to reduce only 3 to 4 kgs of weight per month to stay healthy. So, you all remember slow and steady wins the race. That is how I reduced my weight and keep reducing my weight gradually.

There are more diet charts, says you can reduce 4 to 5 kgs in a week .Also they mentioned as it’s not a permanent weight loss program. Yes, I tried this diet. And I got reduced 2 kgs in a week by following that diet for one week. But no use. Regained in next month. So If  you are getting ready for a function or party and wanted  to reduce weight instantly, then obviously you can go for these diets. But remember this is not a permanent solution.

The plan I followed was a slow process but very effective.  Reducing is not important, avoiding regaining of your weight is more important. So people who have full patience, can start …

 Here I have listed some very simple and effective daily plans to reduce weight.

 1. Start up your day with 2 glasses of water in empty stomach, half an hour ago your coffee.  Also consume a lot of water throughout the day. Minimum 8 to 10 glass of water per day helps you from dehydration. Increasing water intake helps your skin to glow.     
       
  2.      Breakfast is most important. Please do not skip breakfast.   And  daily my breakfast was 1 medium size carrot or cucumber, 2   medium size tomatoes with 1 idly or dosa or chapathi or boiled   eggs. You can take everything alternatively so that you will not be   bored.
You can also replace vegetable by fruits like apple, orange and watermelon.
Consume 2 glass of water after half an hour of your breakfast.

3. It is not necessary to avoid rice. Many says eating more rice will leads to gain weight. Certainly not. My lunch was a bowl of rice and equally some vegetables. Can take any kind of vegetables. Prefer taking potatoes in the breakfast.

And one more important point, do not skip carb foods. You need to follow a healthy and          balanced  diet to reduce weight permanently. So, equally consume vitamin, protein, fat, fiber and carb rich foods.
Again consume 2 glass of water after half an hour of your lunch.

4. Have some healthy snacks in the evening only if you are hungry.  Can have some biscuits with your tea (not advised daily). But avoid junk foods. But can have occasionally. Instead of deep fried snacks, prefer shallow fried.

         5. Dinner can be, again idly or dosa or chapathi or oats with one orange. Do not fill your tummy at nights. Keep it lite.
     

      And again have 2 glass of water before going to bed.
And can take some fat cutter drink before going to bed. But it’s optional.

       In addition, I had also sabja seeds which play an important role in weight loss and of course         it has a lot of health benefits as u all know already. Daily take 2 tea spoons of sabja seeds in a             glass of water before an hour of your breakfast .Do not eat anything in that gap.


Again I would like to remember, increase your water intake which alone can helps you in reducing weight.  Also consuming warm water is the best for quick results. U can have lemon water if plain water is boring, with less sugar.

And if you are interested, can do any exercise at home or go for a walk for half an hour.(optional for lazy people, of  course am lazy 😉)

Very important is, do not sleep too much of time during day time. Make yourself busy in some activities (as I do in writing this article..😃) to skip sleeping at day times. But sleep fully at nights for 8 hours.

That’s it friends. If  you can follow this method, then surely can reduce up to 2 kg every month without regaining your weight. Because this is not any kind of diet. This gonna be your regular food plan ,where you can do some little changes in your food chart as you wish which does not affect  your weight loss program.

I know I did not say anything new. I just reminded you all, through our daily plan itself we can reduce weight permanently.
